Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin, which plays an essential role in many functions of the body. There are two main types of Vitamin D, Vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol or calciferol) and Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) which is contained in Time 4 Ultimate Vit-D.
